The MELPO Bluetooth-connected, APP-controlled color-changing LED flood light is a versatile lighting solution without a remote controller - it can only be operated via a dedicated mobile application. Its many unique functions include "Control at your will," "DIY Scenes," and "Timing."

To get started with this RGB flood light, first scan the QR code in the manual to download the "BRmesh" app from Google Play or the iOS App Store. Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add lights (no pairing with your phone's Bluetooth is required). Follow the on-screen "Add Guideline," check "I have understood," and click "Enter to add," then immediately turn on the lights. The light and app will connect automatically; from there, you can change color/mode, set timing, or enable music sync.

This smart lighting system offers a host of advanced features. Registration is not required, and it supports up to 100 connected devices. Dimmable functionality is available via the app. The timing function allows you to set your preferred color or mode to automatically turn on and off at specific times daily. You can also create custom "DIY Scenes" by individually setting the color or mode for each lamp, then saving and activating them with a single tap for various occasions like parties, barbecues, gardens, or holidays.

In addition to 21 preset dynamic modes, the BRmesh app provides "DIY Flash" and "DIY Fade" modes, enabling you to customize the flashing/fading color, sequence, and speed, with up to 7 different colors and 5 levels of adjustment. This makes the lights well-suited for video recording and photography, as the colors will not cause screen strobing.

Technically, the MELPO flood light features a Bluetooth 5.0 chip with Mesh functionality, allowing the lights to forward signals to each other for simpler, more stable, and longer-range multi-light control compared to remote or Wi-Fi-based solutions. The lights have a universal 90-245V input, 80W power consumption, and an 8000-lumen (800W equivalent) output with a 2700K color temperature and CRI >85. They offer 16 million RGB colors, a 120-degree beam angle, 2-meter cable length, and IP66 water resistance (not suitable for submersion).
